Little Millet is also known as Kutki, Saamai, Saame, Sama, Chama.

Little millet contains magnesium which can help improve heart health; it is high in iron content, fibre and antioxidants.

Millets are generally rain fed crops grown in dry lands thus assuming greater importance for regenerative agriculture and food security; they serve as a good source for proteins, micronutrients and phytochemicals.

Please consume millets under appropriate supervision; small quantities generally go a long way.
